Lock up and store all beverage products, food, equipment items, and performs all closing duties at the end of shift. Greet guests in a courteous, friendly manner.ĭetect and act upon guest inebriation as trained, escalating to management or security when needed. Request additional product or restock as needed. Maintain stock, prepares, and stores all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality. Set up assigned bars requisitions and stocks all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, ice and produce. Take and/or processes orders for drinks mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes practices prudent portion control.
